APPLICATION PROCESS

Completed application forms can be e-mailed to Admissions@HopeAcademyKG.com .

The complete application process includes these steps.

Submit all documents within the application packet via email or fax.

1. Submission of a NON-REFUNDABLE Fee (U.S. $25) to the business office
2. Interview of parents and child/children
3. Testing child/children for English proficiency and grade placement, if necessary.
4. Decision -- acceptance to current class, waiting list or admission denied.

Upon your arrival in country make an appointment with the school and be sure to bring along.

1. Grade Reports/School Records from previous 2 years
2. Passport
3. Photocopy of passport and Kyrgyz visa
4. Previous standardized or educational testing results, if available
5. Immunization records

All parents of HAB students are expected to contribute at least four hours per week as Parent Participation Hours.
